  • 1 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 block crumbled feta

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, finely chopped shallots, minced garlic, chopped parsley, can of drained and rinsed garbanzo beans, and crumbled feta.
